Emma Fawcett - Principal

Emma is the Principal of the Deemon Group which comprises Deemon dance Studios, Deemon Performance Academy and Deemon Productions. 

Dean Fawcett ALCM - Musical Director

Dean is the Musical Director of Deemon Group which includes Deemon Dance Studios, Deemon Performance Academy and Deemon Productions.

Katie Shannon - Dance Captain/Choreographer

Katie graduated from SLP College Leeds after gaining a National Diploma in Professional Musical Theatre. She received the Principal's award for Most Outstanding Student of the Year 2008 in her final year at SLP.

Katie has been teaching at Deemon Academy since graduating and also runs a dance class for ages 9+ on a Thursday evening from 6-7pm.

Since being a member of the Deemon team Katie has co-choreographed 4 variety shows and solely choreographed a full production of 'Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat' and most recently the Las Vegas inspired show 'On a Night Like This'.

Jack Hawitt - Dance Captain

Jack graduated from SLP College Leeds after gaining a National Diploma in Professional Musical Theatre. He received the Final Year Student of the Year 2008 in his final year at SLP. He was student at Deemon Dance Studio when the Studio was founded in 2007 and continued to teach at the Academy throughout his time studying at SLP College.

While continuing to teach at the Academy when he can, Jack has recently been performing on the West End in 'We Wiil Rock You'.

Victoria Fawcett - Assistant dance captain

Victoria has been performing since she was 3.  She has studied Ballet/Tap from Kindergarten to date.  Victoria has gained Grade 8 distinction in Singing and Piano.  She studied with Deemon Academy and was accepted as a Junior Associate at SLP College at the age of 13.  She has studied at the Royal College of Music in Manchester for the last 2 years. 

After successfully gaining 5 A-Levels inc Music and Drama, she is now studying her HND in Professional Musical Theatre at Italia Conti in London.

All holidays are spent teaching at Deemon Academy.
